Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that buying fine jewelry online can sometimes feel uncertain. At Skoshbyvanya, we’re committed to making your experience as seamless and satisfying as possible.

✅ Returns & Exchanges – Eligibility
You may return or exchange your purchase within 1-2 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
* The jewelry must be in unused, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
* All original items must be returned, including:
    * Product box & packaging
    * Diamond certification(s)
    * Invoice
    * Any complimentary items (e.g., pouches, promotional gifts)

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
* Customized or personalized pieces, including engraved or made-to-order designs
* Jewelry that has been resized, altered, or repaired by any third party
* Items that show visible signs of use or damage

🔁 Exchanges
If your piece isn’t what you expected, you may exchange it within 2 days of delivery for:
* Another product of equal value, or
* A lifetime store credit in your Skoshbyvanya account. 
Please note:
* A ₹750 shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.
* Once a product is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again. However, our buyback policy (see below) may apply in such cases.

💸 Refund Policy
* You may request a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the item (not applicable for custom pieces).
* Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item passes quality checks.

♻ Lifetime Buyback Option
All our pieces are eligible for buyback after one year from the date of purchase.
You’ll receive a value based on the current gold and diamond rates at the time of resale.

📦 Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (₹750 flat).
* Please ensure that the item is securely packed and that all original contents are included.
